   Option 1- 12 month contract with 24hr access : $35/month 

Option 2- Month to Month no term with 24hr access: $45/month (see below, must email mhkfitness@yahoo.com to cancel)

   Day Pass: $5/visit  (please plan 24hr in advance; cannot guarantee same day entry)

More information: 

• Every member will be enrolled using our Gym Master software, it allows you to update and change membership information as needed.

• Memberships are for individuals only.  Each person entering or using the gym needs to have their own membership.

• $10 key fob replacement fee for any lost fob or if your fob is not returned at the end of your membership

• All members must be at least 18 years old

• Month to Month Memberships auto renew every month.  Membership can be cancelled at anytime without penalty.  To cancel you must email mhkfitness@yahoo.com 5 days before your next billing date so we can ensure you will not be billed an additional month.  There will be no refunds if you notify us after that time.
